As a tax lawyer and civil-law solicitor, I have been combining all elements of expertise in advising companies, business owners and private clients. Through Taxwise Taxadvisers, I successfully support clients with tax, legal and financial advice both in the Netherlands and internationally. I specialise in coordinating complex mergers and acquisitions, and coming up with analytical and solution-oriented strategies. This expertise has been built up over many years.


Adopting a novel and hands-on approach, Taxwise Taxadvisers sole aim is to find solutions where other service providers may have encountered difficulties. I have previously been employed by Ernst & Young, prior to that I was a partner at Vink & Partners for 10 years.

Phebe Bergsma

Secretary

After graduating from a secretarial training college, Phebe commenced as an interim secretary at Taxwise, at Paul’s office. Phebe has from the start worked in her secretarial capacity alongside Paul, now for some 20 years. In addition, she is always supportive to her colleagues. Phebe is an invaluable source of expertise and long term experience.
